Return Policy

MKS Health Technologies (MKS) offer guarantees consistent with the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Most of MKS products have a two (2) year warranty from the date of purchase. You must present your receipt as proof of purchase for your warranty claim to be valid. 
 
If you wish to return your item to MKS for a reason other than a warranty claim, it must be within 2 weeks of purchase, in the same condition in which it was shipped, unworn and unused, with tags and labels in its original packaging and accompanied by the receipt as proof of purchase. You will be liable for any shipping or transport charges associated with the return. All returns must be pre-approved by MKS in writing to be valid. MKS 
 
To start a return, you must contact us at info@mkssolutions.com.au and put the subject title as “Return”.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. 
 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
MKS do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges 
The best way to ensure you are looked after is to contact us at info@mkssolutions.com.au as per the instructions above, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 
 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
